BOL & MIMUZE, THE MUSIC CENTER LOCATED IN THE NORTH OF ANTWERP!

In 2015, Mimuze became a Belgian partner of Bol Piano's and, based on the same passion, started offering acoustic pianos. To this end, a beautiful separate piano showroom/gallery was created in 2017 where pianos and grand pianos from a wide variety of brands are set up and ready to play. A nice line of instruments for both the beginning player and the more professional musician.

At Bol & Mimuze Kalmthout we like to share our passion for music. After a personal welcome, we will be happy to provide you with professional advice in your search for a suitable piano. Your chosen instrument will be delivered to your home, will later be tuned on site and, if desired, we will also follow up on further service for the instrument.

MUSIC HOUSE - CONCERT HALL - ACADEMY

In 1999, owner Mike Smeulders, as a young musician, started his own business specializing in accordions. During and after his studies as a classical accordionist and pianist at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, he specialized in restoring and tuning these instruments, which remains a specialization within the company to this day. In the following years, the range of instruments at 'Mike's Music' expanded to include guitars, digital pianos, keyboards, drums and audio. Since 2011, it has been a real music center as a full-fledged concert hall was built next to the music store, which also houses its own music academy. Today, more than 200 students receive their music training here every week and dance training is also offered, in addition to regular performances in the concert hall. The name of this hall, Mimuze, has become the umbrella name for these three pillars in recent years: 'Music House – Concert Hall – Academy'

For our services we work with professional technicians/tuners who maintain your piano and revive it if necessary. You can also contact us for the installation of a Silent system, which gives you the advantages of a digital piano in addition to the acoustic benefits. With this system you can now play your acoustic piano undisturbed with headphones or via an external amplifier. Of course it can also be tested in our piano showroom.
